Environment:

What might a day in this role look like?

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain a range of e-bike models (mechanical and electrical systems)
• Perform routine servicing, battery checks, and software updates
• Conduct quality checks and safety inspections
• Provide excellent customer service in-store and on location
• Maintain detailed records of repairs and parts used.

What qualifications/skills are required?

• Mechanical and electrical skills (bike shop or similar technical experience preferred)
• Familiar with tools, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
• Enthusiastic about cycling and sustainability
• Friendly, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence (preferred for field-based work)
