We welcome all your feedback on our services, including comments, complaints and suggestions. You can use this form to complain about any service except social care, education, or a Councillor.
If you want to make an anonymous complaint, you do not need to register or sign in. If you are already signed in you will need to sign out.

Some of our services use separate forms to take complaints. You may wish to
- make a social care complaint
- make an education complaint
- complain about a Councillor to the Commissioner for Ethical Standards.
