Challenge your vehicle removal
Any incorrectly parked vehicle may be moved to the car pound. You must pay to release your vehicle before you can challenge your parking ticket or the impound. Please do not argue with staff at the pound. They can't release your vehicle free of charge.
You will receive an appeal form when you collect your vehicle which you'll have 28 days to submit. You will receive a full refund if we accept your grounds or you can appeal to the parking adjudicator. You will be told how to do this at the time.
At times vehicles need to be moved at short notice for instance if there's a gas leak. Your vehicle will be moved to the nearest place free of charge.
Your vehicle can be clamped if you have 20 or more unpaid parking tickets.
To remove the clamp you will need to pay the £40 release fee and the £30 parking ticket at the car pound.
Your vehicle may be moved to the pound if you don't pay to remove the clamp. You will need to pay £150 if your vehicle is removed.
