Building Resilience

Promoting mental, emotional, social and physical wellbeing

Building resilienceBuilding Resilience is a primary school resource which explores ten tools that promote mental health and wellbeing. It engages pupils, families and staff in order to raise awareness and understanding of these tools.

The year 1 pack is available. It contains an overview of the programme and the first four units.

Each unit includes

  • home activities
  • classroom activities

The year 1 pack costs £75. It is a ring binder containing 198 pages and a CD with the electronic versions of the materials.

The year 2 and year 3 packs will follow in subsequent years. We estimate the price for these packs will be £60 each.
