How to apply
You can apply for advert consent online using ePlanning service or download and return printed application forms. To ensure you complete the forms correctly and pay the correct fee, please download and read our planning application guidelines and fees below.
Please note from Wednesday 3 January 2018, we will no longer accept cheques for planning applications or building warrants. Payment can be made online or telephone payments can be made by phoning

Decision and appealing
The decision letter will let you know whether your application was approved or refused. If you are unhappy with the decision you have a right to appeal. You can make an appeal through ePlanning. The time period for submitting an appeal is stated on the decision notice of an application.
