You can contact the team in a number of different ways. Most people find it easiest to get in touch online.

You can call our automated phone line to get support at any time. This can transfer you through to an advisor during office hours, or let you leave a message at other times. We aim to respond to messages within 2 days.

  • Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8.30am - 5pm
  • Tuesday from 10am - 5pm
  • Friday from 8.30am - 3.40pm.

Calls are charged at the local rate.

You can visit our Customer Hub at 249 High Street, Edinburgh EH1 1YJ.

  • Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8.30am - 4.30pm
  • Tuesday from 9.30am - 4.30pm
  • Friday from 8.30am - 3.40pm.

You don't need an appointment to visit the Customer Hub. You are likely to wait less time if you visit before 11.30am.
