Junction works at Jane Street, Gayfield Square and Union Street

Final surfacing and lining works at the junctions of Jane Street, Gayfield Square and Union Street are scheduled to commence on 10 May 2023. 

Works will start at the Jane Street junction. Once completed the team will move on to Gayfield Square with Union Street being the final junction to be completed. Each junction will re-open once the works are completed as outlined in the Traffic Regulation Order (see page 55 for Jane Street, and page 60 for Gayfield Square and Union Street). 

To accommodate these works small work sites will be established with parking restrictions in place.

Pedestrian access and access to local businesses will be maintained at all times.
