Tell us a bit about your business?

Skyline is a printing company that has been based in Leith for over 20 years, first at Henderson Street and for the last six years at 35 Tower Street.

We  print a wide range of products for example business cards, order of services, letter heads and brochures. If it can be printed we can do it! We print digital as well as litho. From single colour to full colour products on a wide variety of recycled papers and boards.

We have over 40 years of print experience and print knowledge meaning we can help with any print related enquiries from our customers including doing any artwork that might be needed.

 

What makes your business unique?

We are integrating our digital side more and more. This is an environmentally friendly way of printing as it cuts out the need for oil based products and all waste is recycled.  We stock a wide range of recycled papers and boards, trying doing our bit to help in keep a low carbon footprint.

Although we have an online presence we are a company that prefers to work on a one-to-one basis with our clients. This is a great way to build a great working relationship and helps us to produce quality work for our clients.

Also all our customers will be greeted by Hinto our very friendly great Dane when they pop in to see us, some even just come in to see him! 

Describe your typical working day.

Every day is different as we can never tell what we will be printing or helping our clients with.

From designing and printing a flyer, letterhead or business card to printing from existing files it varies every day. We do everything in house, from print to finishing, which also includes a matte or gloss laminating service.

We do it all, so every day is a new experience!
