HR and Finance Assistant - Lost Shore Surf Resort - 18304

Environment:

Your role is to act as the liaison between our HR and Finance teams and colleagues, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries. You will also support our daily HR, Payroll and Finance activities and assist in coordinating in all appropriate policies and processes. This role's primary location will be at our amazing resort with the ability to work from our North Berwick office as well as enjoy working from home.

What might a day in this role look like?

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR and Finance teams and duties
  • Provide support to our Finance Director, HR Director and your team
  • Update colleague records as required and ensure correct documentation is supplied and HARRI system updated
  • Deal with colleague requests regarding HR, Payroll or Finance queries
  • Support HR Business partner with admin tasks relating to Employee Relations matters
  • Support HR Business partner with line manager upskilling
  • Assist our Hiring Managers recruiters to source candidates and updating our HARRI system
  • Ensure all payroll data is accurate and up to date for colleagues each month and manage any queries between colleagues and our HARRI payroll team
  • Processing of monthly invoicing and assisting with weekly pay runs.

  • Strong administrative experience
  • Background in HR with the ability to work well with data
  • Payroll experience is preferred.
