Environment:

As the Housekeeping Manager, you'll be critical in creating a comfortable and memorable stay for our visitors. You’ll oversee the housekeeping team and have full responsibility for ensuring that our public areas, lodges and pods are ship shape and ready to greet their inhabitants.

What might a day in this role look like?

Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of all areas of the resort including public areas, lodges and pods, ensuring that your staff follow established protocols for cleaning, laundry and lodges and pod preparation.
Lead and motivate a team of accommodation team members. Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork. Schedule shifts, assign tasks and provide training as required.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens and amenities and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking of essential items.
Address any housekeeping-related guest concerns promptly and strive to enhance the overall guest experience by maintaining a clean and comfortable environment.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
You will be responsible for increasing revenue and managing budgets and payroll to ensure your team meets and exceeds targets.
