Supply teacher application guidance
All Learning and Teaching (L&T) MicroSoft 365 account holders can access myHR from the App launcher in their M365 account. L&T M365 accounts can be accessed from any device, including personal.
We have enabled single sign-on access on work computers, this means that when you log in to your computer with your employee ID, and click on the link to myHR, you get logged straight in - no need to enter a password.
Colleagues currently on supply / current supply teachers
All colleagues on supply should be given a Learning and Teaching email address. You can still get access to myHR but you must have a school email address, for example, employeenumber@ea.edin.sch.uk. For example, 1234567@ea.edin.sch.uk.
- Do not apply using your personal email address - this will delay your application.
- If you do not have a school email address email digital@ea.edin.sch.uk and they can help support you in getting one. Your myHR account will then be set up automatically.
- Then apply for internal jobs on myHR on Opportunity Marketplace.
