Employee equalities data

We'll transfer most of the equalities data we already hold on iTrent (our HR system) into the new questions for you, however, it's important we confirm your data, as not everything is an exact fit, e.g. 'marital status'. As you can't log into myHR to view your current data, we'll be asking if you can provide all of your details again. 

How to provide your equalities data 

1. If you have signed-up to receive employee and job-related communications using the Employee Details form (this allows us to contact you using your personal email address), then we'll be in touch with you by email with a personalised link so you can provide your equalities data. 
2. If you haven't yet signed-up to receive employee and job-related communications:
   • go to the Employee Details form on the edinburgh.gov.uk site
   • complete the form and choose your options
   • we'll then send you a personlised link to complete your equalities data.
