Foot of the Walk to Manderston Street: Out of hours works and traffic management changes
In order to carry out associated project works we are required to work out with the projects standard working hours from Wednesday 21 September to Friday 23 September 2022.
These hours will be from 7pm to 6am each working night.
To accommodate these works there will be a closure to all city bound traffic at the FoTW junction. Under these new arrangements key points to note are:
- Localised access to Kirk Street will remain in place via FoTW junction.
- Localised access to Crown Street will be maintained via Easter Road / Manderston Street.
- All other city bound traffic will be maintained via Easter Road / Manderston Street.
- The bus stop located between FoTW and Maderston Street will temporarily close during these works.

We will endeavour to undertake intrusive works between the hours of 7pm and 11.30pm with less intrusive works ongoing to 6am.
