Edinburgh development concordat
The Edinburgh development concordat sets out how the

- community councils
will work together in the major development process.
Planning obligations
Planning obligations are legal agreements which may need to be concluded with the Council before any permission is granted. These normally relate to infrastructure improvements for the proposed development.
Edinburgh standards for sustainable buildings
All applications, except those relating to householder development must be accompanied by a sustainability statement form.
