Access to workEHSCP hearing loss

You can get help from the government through Access to Work to pay for equipment, services such as lip speakers or electronic notetakers, or adaptations to enable you to do your job. You must be in work or about to start work to access the scheme.


This service supports unemployed people with disabilities into work, by developing new skills to help you find work, helping you find a job, working with your employer and supporting you in your job. Visit StartScotland.
