Please be aware that due to Covid restrictions our Ground’s Maintenance teams are currently working at around 50% capacity and we are aware that the work schedule is running behind for issues such as grass cutting / weed control / hogweed. We are working as quickly as possible to catch-up and therefore are asking the public to be patient until their area is reached.
The Parks, Greenspace and Cemeteries service apply herbicides to the city's streets to control weed growth. This is supported by the Street Cleansing service who clean the streets of debris, including weeds.
