Different fees apply to civic licences for those operating within the city centre. View a map of ward 11 to see the boundary or the city centre. Check for a specific address using our map.
The application fee is not refunded if your application is unsuccessful.

Please note that the customer hub is closed and we are only accepting online or electronic licence applications, we cannot accept paper application forms, postal application forms, cash or cheque payments.

Our telephone payment line is now closed however, you can now upload your application form and make a payment using our form below.
