Leaving school?
Earn while you learn with one of our Foundation, Modern or Graduate Apprenticeship programmes. From Business Management Graduate Apprentices, to Early Years and Heavy Goods Mechanic Modern Apprentices - we offer a wide range of roles.
Apprenticeships offer paid work while gaining experience and a recognised qualification at SCQF Level 5, 6, 7, 9, or 10. We commit to ensuring that at least 1% of our workforce are apprentices as part of the Edinburgh Guarantee.
We have a range of apprenticeships across the Council including
- administration
- social care
- housing
- procurement
- childcare
- trades
- horticulture
- business management
- surveying.
These are offered at Foundation, Modern or Graduate level depending on the role.
