Annual leave and public holidays
The leave year for teachers starts on the first day of term in August and runs in conjunction with the academic session.
Annual leave entitlement is pro-rated for part-time staff and those employed for any part of the leave year.
All teachers accrue paid leave based on 0.20513 of a day for each day worked, in the school session and pro-rated for each part day.
