What our teams do
We are the largest social landlord in Edinburgh, managing and maintaining over 20,000 council homes across the city.
We provide a responsive and flexible service helping people to find homes and manage their tenancies. We have ambitious investment plans to upgrade our homes to make them warmer and more energy efficient and to build more.
Some of the many services we deliver include
- repairs and maintenance to council homes including emergency, out of hours, gas safety and damp repairs
- investing in improving our existing homes, area regeneration and developing new housing
- providing advice on paying rent, home energy and maximising people’s income
- supporting tenants to get garden aid, benefits, and grants
- supporting people who are at risk of becoming homeless or who are homeless.
