To complete the payment online you need your 9 or 10 digits tenancy reference number which is on your rent book.
Once you've made your payment, you get a WorldPay transaction number which you will need to query the transaction.
Please allow 3 working days for the payment to reach your rent account.
For rent account or benefit advice, contact your housing officer at your locality office.
