Before you begin please ensure you have the following
- ticket reference number - this is found on your parking ticket and will begin with 2 letters then numbers e.g. EH12345678
- date you received the ticket
- any supporting evidence e.g. copy of RingGo receipt, photos of your vehicle.
When your form is received we will put your ticket "on hold" and aim to respond within 10 working days.
