Notice of times for inspecting returns as to election expenses

As Returning Officer for the above by-election, I hereby give notice that the election expenses returns, declarations and all accompanying documents of candidates at the above election may be inspected between the hours of 9am and 5pm Mondays to Thursdays and 9am to 3.40pm on Fridays except public holidays at The Election Office, City Chambers, High Street, Edinburgh EH1 1YJ (Telephone 0131 469 3126 elections@edinburgh.gov.uk) during the two years after receipt. The fee payable for a copy of any such return, declaration or document is 20p for each side of each page. This notice is given subject to the explanation that at the time of issue of this notice no Return or Declaration has been delivered by the undernoted candidates who stood nominated at the Local Government Elections.
