Description

We are a specialist service which advises and, in limited situations, financially supports individuals with a range of immigration and ‘no recourse to public funds’ issues.  This may include

  • asylum seekers
  • victims of human trafficking
  • foreign nationals who are victims of domestic or honour based violence
  • some EU nationals,
  • visa overstayers
  • other people subject to immigration control.

We also offer resettlement support to people who have been granted refugee status or other forms of Leave to Remain.

We can assist with some applications to the Home Office.

The team also provides a service to Council services and other agencies seeking confirmation of an individual’s status in the UK and eligibility for certain services.

Support for People aged over 16, people from Black/Minority Ethnic backgrounds, Refugees, Migrants.
Accessibility Wheelchair access and lift. Interpretation services available.
