We provide visiting support for a short term (up to 6 months).Our preventative support includes advice line; workshops; group work and activities (around physical and emotional support); one to one support; facilitation for crisis management, self harm and peer support services amongst others. The timescale for the preventative support depends on individual needs but is generally for 6 months. |
