Whistleblowing and organisational culture
We have commissioned an independent inquiry into our whistleblowing and organisational culture.
The inquiry is being carried out by Independent Chair Susanne Tanner QC with support from law firm Pinsent Masons.
We hope this process will help us to determine whether or not we have a positive, open, safe and supportive whistleblowing and organisational culture in the Council – and what improvements we can make.
The terms of reference have been finalised by the Chair in consultation with the Council’s political leaders.
How to contribute
The Pinsent Masons team is currently gathering evidence and is keen to speak to anyone who may have information which will help the inquiry.
