Whistleblowing and organisational culture
An inquiry into our whistleblowing and organisational culture is currently being carried out by Independent Chair Susanne Tanner QC with support from law firm Pinsent Masons.
We hope this process will help us to determine whether or not we have a positive, open, safe and supportive whistleblowing and organisational culture in the Council – and what improvements we can make.
The terms of reference were prepared by the Chair in consultation with the Council’s political leaders.
A call for evidence opened in November 2020 and there was a great response to this. The call for evidence is now closed for new contributions. The review team is still available to speak with anyone who contributed to the call for evidence and may be in touch with contributors in the coming weeks.
