PAM Assist – Our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) offers PAM Assist which is a free confidential life management and personal support service that is available to all colleagues. No matter when or how often you need to contact them, they are there to help 24/7, 365 days a year.

Listening Support - If you don’t feel that the EAP is right for you but you do want to talk to someone, you can reach out by e-mail and you’ll be contacted by one of our internally qualified coaches to set up your conversation.
Chaplaincy support - A listening and caring ear for anyone
While PAM Assist and the Chaplain will offer counselling and advice, our trained listeners aren’t there for that. You’ll have an initial chat about what you want to discuss then you’ll be put in touch with someone who will listen and ask you questions, to help you find your own answers and solutions.
