Live well in later life - partners

The City of Edinburgh Council is working with partners including NHS Lothian, voluntary and independent sector organisations to imprive services and outcomes for older people. The programme of work is called 'Live Well in Later Life', a name chosen by older peole living in Edinburgh.

The Live Well in Later Life plan outlines the partnership's vision for the next ten years. It explains how we will improve the services and support to enable people to live well in their own homes, whilst also addressing the challenges faced by deomgraphic change and financial pressure.

The Change Fund for Older People has provided around £26m additional investment to support services and projects for older people in the community. FInd out more about how this money has been used and what it has meant for older people in Edinburgh.
