Apply for students' Council tax discount or exemption

If you are a student, complete our online form to apply for discount or exemption from Council tax. You should only apply for a Council tax discount/exemption from City of Edinburgh Council if you live within the Edinburgh area. If you live elsewhere, you should apply to the relevant local authority.
