Mortonhall Rose Garden improvements

The Council is working with families and partners to improve and enhance the Rose Garden at Mortonhall.

We have laid out the first small section with plum slate pieces, similar to the bark which used to be laid and placed granite number marker plaques with a coloured rose motif, a link to the previous roses.

Three tier flower planters will be placed on selected areas.

Broken items will be removed from graves and we encourage families to reduce their grave surrounds to 18" x 30" as if it is any larger it is encroaching on other babies graves.

You will be able to order granite plaques like the rose number plaques.

We are happy to meet with any families to discuss the Rose Garden improvements.
