in private renting.

PRIVATE LETTING AGENTS

A list of private letting agencies in Edinburgh, who we understand accept tenants in receipt of local housing allowance or housing benefit is available from Letwise. These agencies will ask you to pay a deposit, the first months rent in advance and an administration charge. Administration charges vary from company to company. We can also give advice on finding a deposit.
