Lord Provost sends congratulations to Sir Chris Hoy

Lord Provost Donald Wilson wrote personally to Sir Chris on behalf of the City of Edinburgh to congratulate him on becoming Britain's greatest ever Olympian.
On his new blog, the Lord Provost writes about the inspiring example Sir Chris has set through his 'extraordinary achievements' in winning a record sixth Olympic gold medal.
