Welcome
I am delighted to present my report for August. Many of you will be returning to work after a summer break and I would take this opportunity to welcome you back. My report this month covers a range of issues; from signing the Single Outcome Agreement (SOA) with the Scottish Government; the first proposal in many years to build new Council Houses; a review of waste management provision in the south of the city to a preview of what's on offer during Doors Open Day in September.
