The agenda, minutes and public reports can be viewed online by going to Council Papers Online. This facility allows members of the public to access reports and agendas via the Internet. Papers for Lothian and Borders Police Board, the Sub-Committee Dealing with Complaints and the Audit Committee are normally issued to members 10 to 14 days before the meeting and are posted onto the Council’s website at the same time.
