Edinburgh Tenement Image 11KB Edinburgh Stair Partnership (ESP) is a property management service to help private home owners organise common repairs and regular maintenance of their tenements.

ESP has been helping owners since August 2001 and currently has around 120 tenements with 1050 owners in membership.

ESP remove the hassle and worry from organising common repairs, and help you maintain the condition and value of your property.

For a competitive annual fee ESP will provide a comprehensive service which includes:

Annual condition survey of your tenement.
Recommendations for maintenance or repair with estimates of the costs involved.
Preparation of technical specifications.
Competitive tendering of contracts.
Financial management including collection of payments from owners and settlement of contractors' invoices.
Attendance at evening meetings with you and your neighbours.
Regular site visits and meetings with contractors.
Regular progress reports when work is being carried out on site.
Reactive repairs service when emergencies arise.
Access to maintenance services such as stair cleaning and garden maintenance.
Access to specialist advice from Building Surveyors.
Single point of contact through a dedicated Property Manager.
