South East Edinburgh Local Plan

The South East Edinburgh Local Plan was adopted in August 2005.  

It will be replaced by the Edinburgh City Local Plan when that plan is adopted, potentially in 2009.  In the meantime, both plans are being used to decide planning applications in the relevant area.

Copies of the South East Edinburgh Local Plan can be viewed at Council libraries in its area and at the Planning and Building Standards reception at Waverley Court, 4 East Market Street.  Copies of the local plan can be purchased at Waverley Court – call 0131 529 3550 to check availability or to discuss purchasing by post.
