Major planning applications

Planning applications of significant public interest and for major development are submitted to the Planning Authority for consideration. These applications may form part of wider redevelopment areas or strategies prepared by City of Edinburgh Council. Public participation is at the heart of the planning process and there is provision for making comments on these applications. Developments which are currently under consideration include:
