Development Management Sub-Committee of the Planning Committee

The Sub-Committee meets weekly on Wednesday.

Its functions are:

• to exercise functions delegated by the Planning Committee in terms of its role as planning authority
• to exercise powers and duties in terms of planning legislation in so far as relating to development control
• to respond to consultations by other local authorities or public services in regard to development proposals.
