South Queensferry and Rosebery Hall Community Learning & Development CentreThe Centres in Context South Queensferry & Rosebery Hall Community Learning & Development Centre is split between two sites, one being on the old Queensferry Primary School campus off Kirkliston Road, the other being Rosebery Hall in the High Street. The two sites are approximately half a mile apart. The Kirkliston Road campus consists of two temporary units, a general purpose room and a coffee bar. The old part of the Rosebery Hall dates back to the seventeenth century, built on to a sixteenth century Tollbooth and consists of a shared nursery/youth base at basement level, main hall and stage, small and large meeting rooms and kitchen on main level and upper room on first level. Programme Profile Nursery, Playgroup, Under 3’s provision in conjunction with Parkways Project, Youth Base for youth clubs, After School Club, Western Line Dancing, Muay Thai Boxing, Pilates, Art Club, Scottish Slimmers, Tai Chi, Lunch Club, Acupuncture, Mosaic Project, Childminder’s Group, highland, modern, tap and ballet dancing classes, Taekwon Do, Whist Group, Arts & Craft class, special learning needs, mental health service users, MSP Surgery, Management Committee, outreach teaching, base for Jubilee FM (local radio during Ferry Fair). Venue for meetings for various community groups within Queensferry and home to the Ferry Fair Bookshop.
