Sighthill Community CentreSighthill Community Centre is situated on the West side of Edinburgh adjacent to Wester Hailes, Broomhouse and Parkhead. The building was built in the late 1960s and comprises a Sports Hall, Main Hall with stage and state of the art cinema equipment, a Coffee Bar and Kitchen, an Arts room, a Computer Suite with internet access, three general purpose meeting rooms and a number of small offices. At the Centre we host a wide variety of activities for all age groups, including social clubs, adult education classes, art and drama classes. We also produce a popular annual pantomime at Christmas time, with members of the local community and organisations. Most of our activities are open to the public so if you are interested in finding out what is going on at the Centre, please give us a call and we can send you a Centre Programme. At the Centre we have a Community Learning & Development Worker, a Clerical Assistant and Daytime and Evening Service Support Officers.
