Meadowbank

On 13 March 2008, the City of Edinburgh Council voted to demolish Meadowbank stadium and replace it with a new build. However, due to the current economic climate and the effect this has had on land prices in Edinburgh, a meeting of the full Council on 20 November 2008 decided that the project will be suspended temporarily.
