Much of the work of The City of Edinburgh Council’s Community Learning & Development Service concentrates on supporting the work of voluntary organisations throughout the City. Community Learning & Development staff support the development of new organisations as well as giving practical advice on operational and policy matters, monitoring and evaluating performance and giving advice on additional funding.
