Please note that due to the nature of the service ESP provides, the Ombudsman may not always be the appropriate body to deal with the escalation of complaints, as suggested in the CEC Complaints Procedure.  For grievances relating to contractual/commercial aspects of the service, customers may wish to seek independent legal advice.
