Landlord registration for private landlords

From 30 April 2006, all private landlords letting properties in Scotland have been required to apply for registration in the register of landlords.

The aim of landlord registration is to ensure that all private landlords in Scotland are ‘fit and proper’ to be letting residential property.

Opening hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8.30am - 5.00pm.
(Note - staff training between 9.00am and 10.00am each Tuesday).
Friday 8.30am - 3.40pm.
