The Access Point

The Access Point (TAP) is a multi-disciplinary service comprising of Housing, Social Work and healthcare to people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Since TAP was established in 1999 the services provided by each discipline have gone through significant changes and although working together each have their own service criteria, details of which can be found under the links below.
