Statutory notices

A Statutory Notice issued by the City of Edinburgh Council is a means of alerting and informing owners that a problem has been identified relating to their building and that action is required of them to carry out repairs. Statutory Notices are served under the terms of the City of Edinburgh District Council Order Confirmation Act 1991.
