Latest NewsRead the latest newsletter, May 2009, below. Read the Edinburgh Partnership's revised Community Plan for Edinburgh 2008 - 2011 and the Annual Report 2008 (PDF, 295kB). A final draft of the Edinburgh Partnership Single Outcome Agreement (SOA) was submitted to the Scottish Government on 14 May 2009 and agreed on 16 June. The SOA sets out the Edinburgh Partnership’s local outcomes and relates these to the 15 National Outcomes outlined in the Scottish Government’s National Performance Framework . The Partnership has recently reviewed its structures to ensure effective delivery of the Community Plan 2008-2011 and its own Single Outcome Agreement (SOA) with the Scottish Government.
