Neighbourhood Manager
Natalie leads the West Neighbourhood Team, managing the development and delivery of a diverse range of services including Housing, Libraries, Community Safety and Environment Services. She is also responsible for the development of community involvement and planning through Neighbourhood Partnerships.

Libby Strong
Local Housing & Regeneration/Community Safety Manager
Libby is responsible for managing both the Housing services and Community Safety services in the West area. These include Housing Management, Regeneration, managing the Environmental Wardens, Community Safety Concierge, tackling antisocial behaviour and joint working with the Police.

Local Environment Manager
Murray has responsibility for the management and development of Environment Services in the West area. This includes maintaining roads, parks and greenspaces.

Local Partnership & Information Manager
Eleanor has responsibility for the management and support of community engagement and Neighbourhood Partnership activities in the West area. She also manages the local Library and Information Services and the customer service support for locally managed services.
