The aim of Services for Communities (SfC) is to create and maintain clean, safe, green, healthy, well managed and well maintained communities. Each of the services within SfC contributes to these key aims.

Director of Services for Communities

Mark is leading Services for Communities to change the way services are delivered so they are more local, more joined up and more flexible to local needs. 

SfC has four main divisions - Housing and Regeneration, Environment, Community Safety and Performance and Community Engagement. Managers from each of these divisions have been brought together in your neighbourhood and will work as a team to improve local services.

Cathy King
Head of Housing and Regeneration

As well as the management of around 23,000 Council tenancies, Cathy also leads the Homelessness and Care Service, Housing Development and Regeneration and the Private Housing Service.

David leads services such as Libraries, Community Planning and Business Change, ensuring we work closely with local communities and listen to priorities while supporting the work of the customer-facing and operational divisions of SfC.
