Neighbourhood Manager

Susan leads the East Neighbourhood Team and manages the development and delivery of a diverse range of services including Housing, Libraries, Community Safety and Environment Services. She is also responsible for the development of community involvement and planning in the East area through Neighbourhood Partnerships.

Charlie Holt
Local Community Safety Manager

Charlie is responsible for managing those services which make East Edinburgh a safer community, including Environmental Wardens, Community Safety Concierge, tackling antisocial behaviour and joint working with the Police .

Local Environment Manager

James has responsibility for the management and development of Environment Services in the East area. This includes maintaining roads, parks and greenspaces.

Local Housing & Regeneration Manager

Mark has responsibility for managing and developing Housing services in the East area. This includes Homelessness Services, Development and Regeneration and the management of Council tenancies.

Mary Dunbar Mary Dunbar
Local Partnership & Information Manager

Mary has responsibility for the management and support of community engagement and Neighbourhood Partnership activities in the East area. She also manages the local Library and Information Services and the customer service support for locally managed services.
